United Kingdom Delivery
Standard UK delivery: £5.99 per order.
Processing time: normally 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery: normally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
The £5.99 UK delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed. Products supplied from different locations may arrive in separate parcels; customers will not be charged additional shipping fees unless these are clearly shown and accepted at checkout.
International Delivery
We ship to a range of international destinations. Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Processing may occasionally take longer during particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Split Shipments
Some products may be fulfilled and dispatched by trusted third-party suppliers on our behalf. Items from the same order may therefore arrive in separate parcels or on different dates.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us at info@thegourmetvariety.co.uk and include your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch where possible.
