Mung bean sprouts are loaded with calcium, selenium, zinc and iron as well as vitamins A1, B1, B6, B17.
Use our Symbiota Sprouting kit to sprout your seeds. Soak your mung bean seeds for 4-8hours or overnight if easier for the first time. Rinse and drain your seeds thoroughly 2-3 times a day.
Sprouts generally are ready to eat in +-5 days.
